ARTIST STATEMENT

My work explores the fragile terrain of the human condition — the emotional landscapes that lie beneath what is seen and spoken. Through my images, I seek to tell stories that move quietly, that touch the borderlands between the visible and the invisible, the real and the imagined.

In my earlier work, I was drawn to people with lived experience — expressive individuals whose presence carried strength, vulnerability, and truth. Over time, my focus has expanded inward, toward a more meditative dialogue between humanity and nature. The figures in my recent images often dissolve into their surroundings, becoming part of the landscape itself — reflections of memory, fragility, and transformation.

I work intuitively, using natural light and layered textures to create dreamlike spaces where emotion and nature intertwine. Each image becomes a fragment of an inner world — a quiet search for meaning, beauty, and the delicate balance between absence and presence in the landscapes of memory and imagination.
